In the beginning Bellevue was a sleepy, rural town with limited development. However when the Lake Washington Floating Bridge opened in 1940, the city was never really the same and became a bedroom community of Seattle. When the Evergreen Point Floating Bridge opened in 1963, things really took off and the city and the townspeoples needs for Bellevue auto insurance was forever changed.
